All paperwork must be completed and an Evalution performed before your dog can attend daycare.

Paper work:

One Application per dog.  This tells us their likes and dislikes as well as important safety information.

A Contract must be signed by the owner.  If you have multiple dogs please use the Multiple Dog Contract

Current Vaccination Records either faxed by your vet or brought with you to the Evaluation.

Evaluation: 

During the evaluation we will review your paperwork, meet your dog and introduce him to a few of our dogs to help determine if daycare is the right environment for him. Evaluations generally take 15 - 20 minutes.  

Once the paper work has been reviewed and your dog has passed the Evaluation you are free to schedule your dog for Daycare or Boarding.
